At the beginning of December, Straco Real Estate launched the sales of the Mirador project, located at Frankrijklei 128–130 and Tabakvest 49–51 in Antwerp. The project is situated in the beating heart of the city, between the green Stadspark and the vibrant Theaterplein.

The two- and three-bedroom apartments range in size from 81 to 153 m² and feature spacious terraces with spectacular views. The penthouses offer living areas of up to 280 m².

Two commercial units will be provided on the ground floor.

The start of construction is scheduled for Q3 2026.

Within the first month after launch, 75% of the apartments have already been sold.
