In jouw rol als Junior Property Manager krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan het beheer van uiteenlopende gebouwen – van winkels tot kantoren, KMO-units, logistieke sites en laboratoria – op verschillende locaties in Vlaanderen en Brussel.

In deze functie ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijkse operationele en administratieve beheer van onze vastgoedportefeuille. Je focust op het verhogen van de kwaliteit en prestaties van de panden, bouwt aan sterke relaties met huurders en externe partners, en waakt over een correcte naleving van alle wettelijke en contractuele afspraken. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met enkele collega’s binnen het property management team, in een omgeving waar samenwerking en zelfstandigheid hand in hand gaan.

Min. 5 years of experience - Ghent region

The Property Manager is jointly responsible for managing a real estate portfolio, which includes properties in (i) retail, (ii) offices, (iii) SMEs, (iv) logistics, and (v) laboratories. Geographically, the properties under management are spread across Flanders and Brussels, including the city center of Brussels.

The Property Manager role involves both operational and administrative tasks, with a focus on optimizing real estate performance, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and tenants, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
