Australian luxury brand replaces Versace on Avenue de Waterloo.

The Australian luxury brand Zimmermann will open its first store in Belgium by the summer of next year at Avenue de Waterloo 7 in Brussels. The property comprises approximately 300 m² spread over two levels and is part of the portfolio of the Ghent-based holding company Straco Real Estate. Versace has occupied the premises as a tenant since 2015. The transaction was advised by Cushman & Wakefield (Jonathan Delguste).

Zimmermann—founded in Sydney in 1991 by sisters Nicky and Simone Zimmermann—is renowned for its delicate and refined ready-to-wear and swimwear collections. The brand operates more than 60 stores in Australia and worldwide.
