Will you be our new Property Manager?

The Property Manager is jointly responsible for managing a real estate portfolio, which includes properties in (i) retail, (ii) offices, (iii) SMEs, (iv) logistics, and (v) laboratories. Geographically, the properties under management are spread across Flanders and Brussels, including the city center of Brussels.

The Property Manager role involves both operational and administrative tasks, with a focus on optimizing real estate performance, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and tenants, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Job

Real Estate Portfolio Management:

  • Overseeing the daily management of properties.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair work.
  • Organizing periodic property inspections.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintaining strong relationships with tenants and other stakeholders.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, or requests.

Financial Management:

  • Preparing annual maintenance and repair budgets, including quarterly reporting.
  • Budgeting maintenance costs and ensuring cost control.

Legal and Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating insurance and legal matters related to the properties.
  • Keeping records up to date, such as permits and reports.

Your profile

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in property management, preferably as a Property Manager.
  • Knowledge of tenancy law, the real estate market, and financial management.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Knowledge of property management software (Proprli) is an advantage.
  • Commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
